Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

Temporary Laboratory Technician – Hair Color Overview:
• Supports the formulation and development of hair color products under direct supervision
• Assists in batching, testing, and analyzing hair color formulations in a laboratory setting
• Works closely with a Senior Chemist or Manager to ensure products meet performance and stability standards
• Gains hands-on experience with product testing methods, raw material handling, documentation, and formulation software
• Maintains a clean and organized lab space while contributing to daily lab operations
• Ideal for candidates seeking entry-level lab experience in the cosmetic or personal care industry
Job Duties:
• Prepare laboratory batches for hair color applications
• Conduct testing to verify product release criteria under supervision
• Perform stability and efficacy testing, including documentation of experiments, analysis, and summaries
• Assist in maintaining laboratory raw materials, glassware, supplies, and managing waste removal
• Document lab results, conclusions, and next steps in a lab notebook and formulation software
• Communicate routinely with supervisor and colleagues regarding project progress and issues
• Report formulation stability and efficacy results promptly and thoroughly
• Maintain an organized and tidy laboratory and workspace
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned
