• Minimum BS in STEM fields preferred. Other Technical Degrees with relevant experience will be considered.

The Global Adoption Lead will lead the strategic implementation of change initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of digital transformation efforts. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive organizational change, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes across the company.
Major Accountabilities
• Refine and drive holistic Adoption, Communication Strategy and Roadmap for digital transformation initiatives in active partnership with program leadership

• Collaborate with project teams, Corporate Communications, Steering Committee, and SMEs to ensure successful transformation
• Map leadership stakeholders to steer program-level engagements and tailored interventions to mitigate adoption risks
• Direct efforts of additional contract resources related to training content development, instruction design and change management interventions.
• Set overall training strategy inclusive of best practices, modalities, success metrics and lead implementation with project leaders. Ensure integration of training to project milestones. Ensure alignment with Alcon standards for learning (GxP, LMS, etc.)
• Design and implement innovative learning strategies that enhance business performance and outcomes, fostering a continuous improvement process for learning and growth
• Develop and oversee detailed organizational change management plan for the program - to include plan, activate and sustain milestones
• Own and continuously evolve the Global Adoption Toolkit, inclusive of templates, tools, and guidance for site- and product-level execution
• Assess impact and identify potential risks, inclusive of approaches to address anticipated resistance as well as capability for impacted groups
• Accountable for adoption plans and training curriculum/plans in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication and training regarding the change
• Coach stakeholders on their role in change, facilitating informative sessions (at various levels) to educate on change fundamentals, typical reactions to change and the basics of change leadership
• Work with and coach project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
• Partner with workstream leads, functional and other project leaders to drive development of an engaged network of Change Management associates and knowledge sharing platforms, at Global/site/product levels
• Direct the design of scalable training programs and communication strategies to facilitate process and technology adoption
• Establish and implement holistic measurement approaches for readiness, adoption, and effectiveness of change planning utilizing metrics and other means
• Leads the impact assessment and change readiness processes, including creation of stakeholder mapping, readiness metrics, and mitigation plans
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth execution of training and communications that maximize employee adoption/usage. Accountable for smooth execution of training and communications for program and workstreams. Partner with project managers to ensure integration of key activities into project plans, tracking actions and risks
• Remain current on industry trends and best practices in change management and digital transformation
