Job Description
Required Education:
• The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following combinations of education or certification and experience in the resource role:
• University Degree Or
• Community College Diploma Or
• Special Experience Equivalency

Desired Certifications:
• Certification in Change Management

Required skills:
• A minimum of five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience as a lead Change Manager on large transformational projects
• Written and spoken bilingual competence in English and French is required

Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated experience in performing change management using industry-standard methodologies and best practices (8+ years)
• Demonstrated experience in development of change management strategy and plans (8+ years)
• Demonstrated experience in development of change management engagement and communication plans (8+ years)
• Demonstrated experience in performing readiness assessments of interest holders to participate in and adopt change (8+ years)
• Demonstrated experience in the development of various communications, communication channels, and communication methods to appropriate interest holders, in support of the changes brought about by a new program and/or initiative (8+ years)
• Demonstrated experience in assessing change resistance and developing mitigations necessary to support change adoption (8+ years)
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and assessing change impacts to the organization’s business processes and technology solutions (8+ years)
• Demonstrated experience engaging various interest holders in contributing to effective change and the associated development of change champions (8+ years)
• Demonstrated experience in the development of various onboarding and training tools and/or reference guides, in support of the changes brought about by a new program and/or initiative (8+ years)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and work effectively with a variety of interest holders including executive leadership, health-care providers, medical administrators, and medical support staff (5+ years)
• Experience working in eHealth or a health care capacity (5+ years)
