Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Case Manager to support the resolution of member complaints, grievances, and appeals. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while delivering high-quality service to members and stakeholders.



-Key Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve complaints, grievances, and appeals by gathering and analyzing relevant documentation

Prepare and manage case files in alignment with compliance standards and internal policies

Communicate clearly and professionally with members, customers, and stakeholders regarding case updates and outcomes

Handle complex or sensitive situations, including de-escalating emotionally charged interactions

Maintain accurate records and ensure all case activities are properly documented



-Required Qualifications

High school diploma required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, customer service, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)



-Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Economics, Communications, or related field

Experience with electronic medical record systems (EMR), including EPIC

Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as Medicare, Medicaid, NCQA, or Joint Commission
