Job Description

Key Skills/Experience Required Identify any differentiating expertise required for success in the role.
• This resource needs to be a strategic leader with expertise in Capital Management policies and Project Management Processes in order to help set and execute winning strategies and disciplined processes for the Site and DCs.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree; Engineering is preferred but Administration and Economics may be accepted.
• High level of urgency to provide world class results.
• Capability to drive the culture of disciplined and process oriented capital management.
• Ability to create KPIs and set visual management processes.
• Ability to create and execute reports.
• Experience with Capital Management and reporting with SAP.
• Knowledge of Client Capital Policies.
• Strong communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and influence management skills.
• Strong follow-up and influencing skills.
• Business acumen to partner with cross-functional peers at theClient site leadership teams, and to engage and influence leaders.
• Previous experience with EHS processes that are applicable to Capital Projects in Foods and beverages is preferred.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Differentiating Competencies Required Identify any differentiating behaviors, leadership skills or soft skills required for success in the role.

Onsite position
This leadership role is responsible to control and report the performance, the accuracy and the adherence of the capital plans for the year. The role reports directly to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager but works primarily supporting the Engineering Manager and the Project Managers.
The role also interacts and provides reports to the Plant Manager and Support Center contacts on a needed basis. Directly reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and supporting the Engineering Manager, this role will:
• Consolidate, validate and report Capital Projects Cash Flow and track expenditures against Forecast.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Capital reports.
• Consolidate Project Execution reports.
• Guarantee the timely capitalization of Capital Acquisitions.
• Project Close-outs.
• Capital Projects Documentation.
• Support and consolidate Network Capacity Safely Process and indicators.
• Consolidate Capital Projects Communications Plan and Track Execution.
• Consolidate and track the execution of the Capital Projects Change Management Plan 1.
