Job Description
Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance required



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• Possesses knowledge of the Syndicated Loan Market, especially as an Administrative Agent, and understands market conventions for managing the product.

• 3- 5 years of relevant experience

• Reconciliations

• Loan Servicing

• Capitol Marketing experience



Job Duties:

• Provides agency loan servicing support and has direct communication with participant banks, lenders, and business partners.

• Manages a complex portfolio of syndicated bank facilities across multiple industries and business lines.

• Reconciles daily funding and payment activity to account for all daily cash transactions.

• Calculates and tracks complex interest and fee accruals at various rate levels.

• Monitors and escalates past due principal, interest, and fees to ensure that the loan accounting system is accurate and provide clients timely and accurate invoices.

• Communicates with internal/external stakeholders regarding issues around these specialized facilities.

• Manages the ongoing balances between loan system and borrower, along with participant bank shares.

• Researches and resolves loan related issues which may include missing payments, margin changes and/or unprocessed draw requests or conversions.

• Ensures all lending transactions are booked and managed correctly, minimizing operational risks and losses and ensuring compliance with all bank policies and procedures.

• Reads and interprets complex legal credit agreements and related documentation working with credit, legal, and origination.

• Monitors control reports updating applicable comments.

• Supports co-workers, work with various special projects or other tasks as assigned.
