Required Education:

• Previous outbound calling experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Health Care Scheduling experience
• Prior experience with Epic
The candidate will be responsible for scheduling patients for pending exams, supporting a Radiology contact center.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain an average of 60+ outbound calls daily.
• Monitor and maintain the continuity of care through scheduling and tracking systems in all work queues.
• Obtain accurate and updated patient information, such as name, address, and insurance information.
• Scheduling radiology appointments and procedures in an organized and efficient manner.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide effective communication to the patient to ensure understanding.
• Comply with administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
• All employees are expected to keep abreast of current medical requirements relevant to their position, which includes maintaining patient confidentiality and abiding by all HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
