Job Description
Required Equipment:
• All equipment is provided once training is completed on site to work remotely from home.
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or GED Required for this position.
Required Experiences and Skills:
• Call center experience
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications
• Positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work remotely with no background noise or distractions
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
As a CSR you will assist the sales reps, we have working in the field that may run into issues, and they will require your assistance in caring for the customer’s needs. Some examples of these issues are:
• Placing an orders
• Outbound and Inbound calls
• Customer and internal communication
• Correcting orders
• Adding promotional products; etc.
• There is no selling on our end, no up sales. 100% support for our field representatives
