Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 1+ years of call center experience preferred

• Experience with HealthConnect (EPIC), Microsoft Outlook/Teams, and phone systems

• Strong customer service skills in a high-volume call center environment

• Ability to learn and implement new workflows and technology quickly

• Good time management and multitasking abilities



Overview:

• (Candidate must be vaccinated prior to start)

• Interview Process: Interview with Hiring Manager

• Duration: Covering medical leave until July 8th; possible extension if leave is extended



Job Summary:

• The Medical Call Center Representative will work in a pediatric specialty call center, handling incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting clinic operations while delivering excellent customer service to members.



Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from parents/patients in a high-volume call center environment

• Schedule and manage appointments, including outbound calls

• Work on waitlists and referral reports

• Send and manage messages through HealthConnect (EPIC)

• Create and route messages to appropriate providers

• Perform clinic clerk duties to support the department

• Maintain accuracy and productivity while meeting performance standards
