Job Description
Required Education:

•High School Diploma or equivalent



Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

•Minimum 1 year of related experience

•Prior Call Center, Phone-Based, or Customer Service experience

•Service Recovery experience

•Strong attention to detail

•Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

•Ability to accurately document phone call interactions

•Comfortable learning new internal systems (training provided)



Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

•College level education or above

•Familiarity with EPIC

•Knowledge of Member Benefits Eligibility systems within Client (Foundations)



Work Location:

•Onsite during Orientation and Training in Downey, CA 90242

•Partially Remote upon management discretion after demonstrated independence and high quality performance

•If remote, worker must remain local to the office

•Parking is available onsite

Overview:

•Join a member-focused call center team supporting patients with benefits, transportation coordination, and service recovery. This role offers a clear path toward remote flexibility for high performers who demonstrate independence and consistent quality work.



Job Summary:

•The Member Services Call Center Representative serves as a key point of contact for members, handling inbound phone calls, documenting interactions accurately, and coordinating transportation services through the internal ordering system. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to service recovery.



Job Responsibilities:

•Answer and manage inbound member phone calls

•Accurately document all phone call interactions

•Assist members with setting up transportation through the internal ordering system

•Provide service recovery when member issues arise

•Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in all member interactions

•Learn and apply internal systems and processes as trained
