Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent



Preferred Education:

• College degree or above



Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of related experience required

• Strong phone call center and customer service experience required

• Service recovery experience is required

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain high quality performance

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Fully onsite during orientation and training period

• Remote work eligibility will be based on management discretion after demonstrated independence and high performance



Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Experience with EPIC preferred

• Knowledge of Member Benefits Eligibility systems within Foundations preferred



Overview:

• Seeking a high-performing customer service professional to support transportation coordination and member support services

• This role requires strong phone communication, accurate documentation, and the ability to provide excellent customer service experiences

• Fully onsite during orientation/training in Downey, CA with potential for partial remote work based on performance and management approval



Job Summary:

• The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound phone calls, document interactions accurately, and assist with setting up transportation requests within the internal ordering system

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment



Job Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound customer phone calls

• Accurately document all phone call interactions within internal systems

• Assist members with transportation setup and coordination requests

• Provide exceptional customer service and service recovery support

• Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions

• Follow department procedures and operational guidelines

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues

• Meet productivity and quality expectations



Work Location:

• Fully onsite during orientation and training

• Partial remote work may be offered upon management discretion

• If remote, worker must remain local to the office

• Parking available onsite
