Job Description


***Only qualified Healthcare Customer Service candidates located near the Downey, CA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

• Required Experience: None, will train on our systems. Phone Call Center and Customer Service, Service Recovery experience is a must.



• Preferred Skills: EPIC, Knowledge in Member Benefits Eligibility system within Client (Foundations)





• Job Responsibilities: Phone Calls, Documentation of Phone Calls, Helping to set up transportation within our ordering system



• Required Skills: Customer Service and phones experience, Attention to Detail





• Shift: M-F 9-5:30, May change based on operational needs

• Required Education: High School

• Interview: Virtual, In Person may also be possible
