Job Title - Salesforce Business System Analyst
Location: Pleasanton, California
Duration: 6months
Required onsite: Yes, 50% of the time (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Summary
The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst works collaboratively with Sales business functions, along with other stakeholder groups, to analyze and translate simple-to-complex business problems and needs into solutions, ensure requirements are understood and documented, ensure agreements and alignments are made with business and stakeholder partners, and interact with internal and external technical resources, such as, developers, architect’s, peer business analyst, scrum master’s, and project/program managers to ensure the delivery of key business and technical capabilities.
The person in this role should have a key understanding of Salesforce, Business Engagement, and Agile. Ability to lead and drive key customer engagement discussions, as well as, quick learner, think outside the box, and bring new ideas to discussion.
5+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree. 5+ years experience with Salesforce.com in an Enterprise IT environment.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the salesforce platform developed meets the functional system design, business requirements and software release criteria.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing efforts.
• Support the development team by communicating requirements and specifications.
• Document and track software defects and enhancements including root cause.
• Superior problem solving and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communications skills including written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in business or technology field.
• Basic Salesforce Certifications preferred.
• Must have business or systems analysis experience.
• MS Visio, Excel and Word experience. Ability to own more than one project at a time.
