Job Description
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
8+ years of project management experience
7+ years of proficiency in project management software, including but not limited to MS Project, MS Planner, and Jira.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Experience with LMS migrations and implementations/consolidations is strongly preferred.
10+ years of project management experience, 5+ within a PMO
8+ years of experience leading projects impacting the insurance and/or
8+ wealth management industries
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent?.
Proven success in delivering complex long-term projects on time, within budget, and to scope?.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies? (i.e., Waterfall, Agile)

LMS Business Project Manager Overview:
The Client is seeking an experienced project manager with Learning Management System (LMS) migration and implementation experience &, with a proven history of delivering on highly complex projects, ideally within wealth management and insurance industries.

Job Duties:
In this role, you will serve as the Business PM for the overall LMS initiative, overseeing program management of technical delivery teams and external suppliers, as well as providing tactical project management for internal business workstreams, including project planning, day-to-day execution, and project health reporting. This initiative will have a significant impact on many internal resources and external advisors, requiring a high degree of stakeholder management across internal teams within a matrixed organization.
This is a highly complex initiative which requires that the LMS Business PM facilitate collaboration amongst multiple internal and external constituencies through continuous stakeholder management while driving progress, in partnership with the Technology PM, on development of external workflows like training completion w/ compliance needs, internal workflows to support content publication from multiple home office teams, new technology platform installation including integrations and migration of existing data and users, and 2 systems to decommission.

As the LMS Business Project Manager, you will: Partner with the Project Sponsor.
