Job Description
Education Requirements:

- Associate's degree in Computer Programming or equivalent training required with 10 years’ experience.

OR

- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ experience



Required Skills for the Technical Business Systems Analyst:

- Good skills in S&OP processes

- Good technical skills on SQL and Databases

- Strong communication skills



Desired Skills:

- Experience in mainframe migration projects or modernization initiatives is preferred

- Prior experience with ServiceNow



Technical Business Systems Analyst Overview:

Looking for a Business Process Specialist with good skills in S&OP processes and data skills. You will act a key liaison between the Company, our customers, and other IT Teams. You will evaluate Machines S&OP processes, and you will need some technical skills in data management (SQL Queries, Reporting, Snowflake databases). You will also provide day-to-day support to business partners, business managers and other IT teams in relation to product implementation, questions, and problems/incidents.



Responsibilities:

- We manage many modernization projects migrating current applications to modern solutions.

- Future candidate will also help team members to future modernization projects efforts

- She/he will also be to coordinate changes to our current applications, test, and implement the database applying basic database knowledge
