Job Description
Education
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience with other Sales or support third-party tools like Gong, Gainsight, Nice WFM and others
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across the organization
• Experience with JIRA is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple complex bodies of work in a fast-paced work environment
• Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving/providing feedback to peers and colleagues
• Ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of an organization
• Ability to solve challenges creatively
• Experience working in an agile work environment
• Knowledge and use of analytical and data analysis tools including Excel
Responsibilities:
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques.
• Conduct thorough analysis of workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on configuration and/or development experience with Salesforce platform
• Manifests hands-on domain knowledge in business processes and systems that support Sales.
• A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication.
• Ensures the application is supported by creating comprehensive requirement documentation and test cases (as needed).
• Recommends solutions and considers opportunities to extend and leverage existing tools/products.
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
• A strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to identify insights and deliver quality, innovative experiences quickly.
• Strong documentation and process mapping skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment
