Experience Desired:

Hands-on experience with Mortgage Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Empower, Encompass, or similar platforms (5+ yrs),
Experience with Blend or similar mortgage Point-of-Sale (POS) systems (5+ yrs),
Experience working with mortgage POS and LOS applications (5 yrs),
Strong UAT (User Acceptance Testing) experience (5 yrs)

Job Description
Work Locations: Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA, or Charlotte, NC

Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Required Experience
• 8+ years of total professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• 5+ years of banking experience, specifically supporting the mortgage side of the business
• Strong traditional Business Analysis experience
• Hands-on experience with Mortgage Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Empower, Encompass, or similar platforms
• Experience with Blend or similar mortgage Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
• Experience working with mortgage POS and LOS applications
• Strong UAT (User Acceptance Testing) experience
• Experience troubleshooting system issues, resolving tickets, and supporting system enhancements and implementations
• Experience working with business and technical teams to understand requirements and support mortgage technology solutions

Job Duties
• Support the mortgage business as a Business Analyst
• Gather and document business requirements and enhancement needs
• Troubleshoot mortgage application/system issues and support ticket resolution
• Work with LOS and POS applications, including Empower, Encompass, and Blend
• Support system enhancements and implementation activities
• Perform UAT to validate system functionality and requirements
• Partner with business and technical teams to resolve issues and support mortgage applications
