Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree
Required experience/skills:
• Minimum 3 years of related experience required
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Experience with feature refinement and user story writing
• Strong experience creating and documenting business requirements
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence
• Experience creating test cases for QA and/or UAT
• QA and UAT testing experience
• Experience providing application support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Experience working with business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall development methodologies
Job duties:
• Formulate and define specifications for software applications, or modify and maintain complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities
• Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and design computer programs, systems, and related procedures to process data
• Prepare charts, diagrams, and documentation to support problem analysis and recommend solutions
• Develop program specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts
• Encode, test, debug, and implement operating programs and procedures in coordination with computer operations and user departments
• Review project progress, evaluate results, and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
• Identify inconsistencies, report issues to management, and recommend problem resolutions and business process improvements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Support QA and UAT activities, including test case creation and execution
• Provide on-call support after hours and/or on weekends as required by specific business groups - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
