• Ability to identify opportunities for improving procedures and technology and recommend or coordinate changes
• Ability to execute and implement process improvements within assigned functional areas

Business Support Representative responsible for providing broad, multifunctional management-services support across assigned business areas. The role involves planning, research, analysis, reporting, administrative support, process improvement, data analysis, project coordination, and providing recommendations to management. The position may also serve as a technical or project lead and may coordinate or oversee assigned activities performed by junior-level personnel.

Job Duties:
• Provide multifunctional expertise in assigned management-services areas
• Perform planning, research, analysis, interpretation, and reporting activities
• Serve as a liaison to coordinate management-services functions
• Support budget and cost accounting activities
• Support business planning and performance reporting
• Coordinate administrative activities involving facilities and equipment
• Support information management and work management activities
• Coordinate procurement and materials-management needs
• Support event-planning activities
• Support legal and contractual services activities
• Identify opportunities to improve procedures, processes, and technology
• Recommend and coordinate implementation of process or technology changes
• Execute and implement improvements within assigned functional areas
• Organize, plan, and develop work methods for projects
• Initiate, implement, and complete assigned projects
• Interpret procedures and make or recommend appropriate management actions
• Access and retrieve data from financial, operating, and administrative systems
• Analyze data from multiple sources and convert it into useful information for decision-makers

• Coordinate organization/site facility and equipment inventories as assigned
• Coordinate service agreements as assigned
• Coordinate procurement requirements and related activities
