• Previous experience reviewing and analyzing data

• Experience reconciling records or working with data quality

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry and analysis)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents)

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (email management)

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint (creating and editing presentations)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Must be eligible to convert to permanent employment without visa sponsorship

• Healthcare data experience

• Master Data Management (MDM) experience

• Member eligibility or member identity experience

• Quality reporting and auditing experience

• Continuous process improvement experience



Job Duties

• Review close matches in iMDM Inspector work queue and resolve as necessary

• Perform data analysis

• Reconcile member records

• Provide process and operational support

• Identify trends and recommend algorithm improvements to reduce task volume

• Support quality reporting, analysis, and audits

• Develop plans and programs supporting continuous quality improvement

• Work collaboratively with the operations support team



Typical Day

• Review member identity records requiring manual review

• Analyze demographic and eligibility information

• Resolve data discrepancies between member records

• Update and maintain accurate member information

• Support operational processes and quality initiatives

• Communicate with team members regarding data issues and trends

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications throughout the day for reporting and documentation
