Required Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or related field.

Required Experience:
• 7 to 8 years of extensive experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors/ SAP S/4HANA Incentive and Commission Management or SAP Callidus Cloud Sales Performance Management with the following functionality and associated business.

Travel:
• Occasional Travel Required

Position Summary:
The Senior Consultant is responsible for the implementation, customization, and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Incentive and Commission Management solution. The role requires a deep understanding of compensation management processes integrated with core Financial Accounting, HR/Payroll functions and Sales Performance Management. The Senior Consultant will work closely with Sales Incentive and Commission Management stakeholders to design and deploy effective commission and incentive schemes within the SAP system. This role also requires someone who can effectively bridge the gap between technical solutions and business processes, ensuring that the implemented systems enhance business efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Consulting and Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and translate these into system requirements and solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Provide expert advice on the configuration and customization of SAP SuccessFactors Incentive and Commission Management modules. Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement end-to-end solutions for incentive and commission management, ensuring integration with existing SAP modules like HR, Payroll, and Sales.
• Configure and customize the software to align with clients specific compensation rules, policies, and procedures in the following areas: Plan Design and Management
• Performance Metrics Integration
• Calculation and Disbursement
• Transparency and Reporting
• Compliance and Governance

Project Management:
• Lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and devise mitigation strategies.

Training and Support:
• Develop and conduct training sessions for users on the use of SAP Incentive and Commission Management systems.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation to improve system performance and user satisfaction.

Business Process Integration:
• Ensure seamless integration of incentive and commission management solutions with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements with the integration of SAP solutions.

Documentation and Compliance:
• Prepare detailed documentation regarding business requirements, system design, configuration, and customization steps.
• Ensure solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
