Job Description


• Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor's degree

• How many years of related experience are you looking for in your ideal candidate? 5 years of experience with project management preferably with healthcare/inventory/training

• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Epic (HealthConnect), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

• Certifications needed: Epic certification (nice to have, not required, would help with understanding the system)





Top Daily Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Manage the Post-Go-Live (PGL) Team: Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to the Post-Go-Live team to ensure successful adoption, stabilization, and optimization of workflows and systems.

2. Issue Tracking, Resolution, and End-User Support: Monitor, prioritize, and coordinate the resolution of operational and system-related issues. Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting, escalating concerns as appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.

3. Status Reporting and Stakeholder Communication: Develop and deliver regular status updates to project teams, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders. Communicate progress, risks, issues, and key accomplishments in a clear and audience-appropriate manner.

1. Effective Communication: The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, from frontline end users to executive leadership. Communication should be tailored to the audience, ensuring information is conveyed clearly, accurately, and appropriately for the stakeholder group.

2. Collaboration: Success in this role will require strong collaboration skills. The candidate will work closely with teams across multiple regions and medical centers, making the ability to build relationships, foster partnerships, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment essential.

3. Training and Development: The candidate should have the ability to deliver and support training programs. This includes educating end users and ensuring stakeholders have the knowledge and resources needed to successfully adopt and utilize new processes or tools.
