Required Skills & Qualifications

•Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets

•Experience navigating complex data infrastructure

•Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with business intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker, Superset)

•Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, querying, and reporting





Preferred Qualifications

•4+ years experience in business analytics, data, business operations, or a related field

•Prior experience in a high-growth environment, multi-sided marketplace, or platform business

•Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where speed and clarity -matter



Analytical & Communication Skills

•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights in written format

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to “tell the story” behind the numbers

•Proven ability to distill complex analyses for non-technical, senior stakeholders





Description:

Client Services is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Services revenue operations team. This role will be central in shaping how we measure, manage, and accelerate performance. You will build core dashboards and data frameworks, enabling the team to operate with clarity, speed, and confidence. Your insights will directly inform strategic decisions and help define how we scale Services at Client.



Responsibilities

Performance Measurement

•Design, build, and maintain dashboards tracking business performance

•Develop and maintain KPIs that provide real-time visibility into business health and funnel performance

•Analyze funnel conversion rates, drop-off points, and program effectiveness, making recommendations to improve impact and efficiency

•Partner with cross-functional teams to identify the right metrics and reporting for pilots and new initiatives



Strategic Insights

•Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership

•Deliver concise, data-backed narratives that frame opportunities, challenges, and outcomes



Data Infrastructure & Automation

•Own SQL-based querying, data wrangling, and transformations for complex datasets

•Streamline and automate recurring reporting to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy

•Partner with engineering and data science teams as needed to resolve data quality or access issues
