Job Description
Education:
• Graduate or undergraduate degree or equivalent in Computer science/Engineering, Economics, or Finance
• Master in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent

Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience working in a business development, corporate development, private equity or venture capital, or strategy role for a global enterprise software/SaaS company and/or with SaaS clients
• 4+ years of experience working in a business development, corporate development, private equity or venture capital, or strategy role

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in strategy, business development
• Global experience
• Consistent record of exceeding targets and customer impact
• Ability to frame, structure, and execute large and complex partner deals
• Ability to operate in environments with ambiguity
• Ability to engage with executives, facilitate business development, identify large-scale greenfield opportunities, and deliver business and revenue outcomes
• Ability to influence senior leaders and executives
• Strong written and oral presentation skills

• The Partner Strategy and Business Development team in the Global Partner Organization leads strategy, planning, and business development for the partner business at Client. We define and execute our strategy with leaders across the business, lead strategic partner relationships, and deliver sizable, net-new revenue growth with partners.

About the Role:
• The Partner Strategy and Business Development Leader will own one or more strategic partner relationships and/or partner initiatives in the company. The leader is responsible for shaping strategy, identifying opportunities for growth for both the client and partner(s), building new capabilities, and delivering business and revenue outcomes. A successful leader will have executive presence and communication skills. The leader will be a strong facilitator, coordinating across Sales, Product and Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing, Partner, and other organizations. The leader will operate with partner obsession and high judgment. Lastly, the leader will exhibit ownership and take accountability for exceeding expectations and targets. We are a scrappy team, passionate about our work with Partners, and excited by the impact we have.
