Job Description


• Remote Options (Fully Remote, Partially Remote, Client Onsite): Fully Remote local (potential occasional Client Onsite meetings)

• Required Level of Education and Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor Degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.



• Top Daily Responsibilities: Contracts document creation/building, Moving Documents through Contracting Compliance processes, Coordination Matrix Partners to Communicate Contract Status and Terms.



• Top (3) Required Skills Candidate Should Have: Microsoft Office, Word, Excell (Proficient or Expert in both), Project Management Skills, Quick uptake to learn other department specific applications (PRMS, SERFF)

The Business Analyst, Contract Compliance reports to the Director, Provider Network Contracting, Compliance and Operations and is responsible for supporting all aspects of contract compliance and administration to include 1) contract language development, preparation and submission of contract documents to State of WA regulator, 2) import of regulatorily approved contract templates and implementation of negotiated agreements in department’s Contract Management (CM) system, 3) Contribute to optimization of contracting processes and CM system as business SME, 4) development, maintenance, support to staff on alternative language library, 5) Quality and continuous monitoring to ensure contractual documents produced and stored in CM system are in accordance with established SLAs, department policy, legal and regulatory requirements, guidelines and standards. Backs up and represents Contract Compliance Department on matters pertaining to contract templates, compliance, legal, and regulatory inquiries.
