Job Description
Required Education & Experience
• No degree + 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Degree + 5+ years of relevant experience (still required).
Technical Skills:
• DevOps, SQL, ERP, middleware, or systems knowledge.
Required Soft Skills
• Communication: Excellent written/verbal skills.
• Management: Project/Change Management experience.
• Flexibility: Ability to adjust hours for global meetings (occasional early/late calls).
Key Responsibilities:
o Assist in global rollout of (Beeline VMS).
o Collaborate with agency contributors and internal teams (Work Director, Technical Architect, Product Owner).
o Fulfill SOX/IAAS audit requests by gathering data/reports.
o Partner with Managed Service Providers to ensure timely deliverables.
o Follow chain of command protocols.
o Support steady-state operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Job hopping (<2 years avg. tenure).
