Job Description
Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or

• High School Diploma and 5 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment



Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.

• 5 years of experience working with systems development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including analysis, implementation, and system enhancements.

• 5 years of experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.

• 5 years of experience conducting business process analysis and defining process flows.

• 3 years of experience collaborating with QA teams on test planning and user acceptance testing.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience producing clear documentation and facilitating discussions with technical and non technical stakeholders.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in a technology driven environment.

• Experience working on system upgrades, enhancements, or enterprise scale implementations.

• Experience applying formal business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).

• Experience in QA testing coordination, test case development, or defect management.

• Experience supporting user training, change management, or end user communication efforts.

• Experience working in hybrid or cross functional team environments.



Job Summary:

• Acts as a strategic liaison between Technology and business stakeholders to support the development of new systems and the enhancement of existing systems.

• Performs advanced business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to ensure technology solutions align with organizational business initiatives.

• Leads requirements definition, documentation, and user acceptance processes for medium to large initiatives in a hybrid work environment.



Responsibilities:

• Contributes advanced knowledge in formulating system scope and objectives aligned with the organization’s business plan and user requirements, including process flow definitions and functional specifications.

• Documents requirements and formulates test plans in collaboration with QA and partner groups prior to requesting business user testing.

• Coordinates with business users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.

• Manages document repositories, including maintenance and updates of the project documentation library.

• Leads the project team in obtaining business user acceptance.

• Reviews project progress and evaluates results for accuracy and efficiency.
