Job Description
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Certification:
• CPA preferred.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Ability to fluently read, write, and communicate in English.
• 5 years of validated experience in relevant financial roles.
• Strong proficiency with financial systems and ability to retrieve cost information at a granular level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities using Excel, Alteryx, and internal systems.
• Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics.

As a Business Planning and Analysis (BPA) Manager supporting our U.S. manufacturing sites, you will provide financial and analytical leadership from our Fort Worth, TX location.

Job Responsibilities:
• Supporting FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning to assist management in strategic and operational decision-making.
• Performing accounting entries and generating financial reports using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Foresight.
• Developing and maintaining monthly reporting packages, including financial dashboards used to drive strategic decisions.
• Managing CAPEX through the Stratex digital tool for global MTO, R&D, ITCI, and Commercial entities.
• Using financial systems (ASPIRE, APMR, SAP, etc.) to analyze financial results.
• Supporting month end close, including journal entries and allocations.
• Assessing the impact of systems and processes on FP&A activities by applying knowledge of accounting, finance, and business operations.
• Conducting economic research on topics such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and financial/expense comparisons.
• Participating in special projects as needed.
