Job Description
Required Educations:
Bachelors/associate Degree

Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Advance user of PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Office application Word, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, online meeting collaboration tools, IM, etc.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization skills
• Working knowledge with Procurement applications, like creating purchase orders, tracking invoices etc. Quick learner with using internal applications (SAP, iCertis, Ariba, ServiceNow, DocuSign etc)
• Knowledge of accounting, tracking project budget and spend is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion

Job Responsibilities:
• Support ERP IT Management / IT Director with day to day operations of IT function
• Management reporting – Create/Support with PowerPoint slides and Excel for management reporting.
• Team meetings – Organizing team meeting, Agenda, Moderation Action items, follow up on action items.
• Prepare and publish project progress reviews and conduct recurring project meetings.
• Support tracking contracts, Statement of Work and purchase orders for the IT function
• Tracking departmental contracts
• Working with IT management, Procurement & vendor for CDAs, new MSAs, MSA renewals
• Vendor on-boarding and compliance paperwork
• Sending contracts for reviews to procurement and legal team
• Sending contracts for signature
• Creating purchase orders for contracts
• Tracking of Contract and PO progress, goods receipts and accruals with finance team
• Provide management reporting for contracts, plan vs actuals, variances, and any delays.
• Follow up with suppliers for PO and invoicing related issues
• Support with budget activities and tracking spend
• Support with team on-boarding activities, working with vendors to get required compliance documentation, working with HR to get resources on-boarded etc
• Utilize internal Teams platform to highlight project completions/success and other milestones
• Prepare and coordinate collection of information and communication for leaders and the leadership team.
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
