Job Description
Required Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Required Experience / Skills
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, QA Analyst, or related role
• Strong experience with application testing, including manual, functional, regression, and UAT testing
• Required experience with JIRA for defect tracking, issue management, and project/task tracking
• Required experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies, including participation in Scrum ceremonies and Agile development processes
• Required experience with qTest for test case management, test execution, test results, and defect tracking
• Experience identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting application defects and issues
• Experience with application vulnerability remediation
• Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Nice to Have
• Experience with Tosca or other test automation tools
• API testing experience using Postman
• SQL experience for data validation and testing
• Experience with release management and SDLC processes
• Banking, financial services, or fraud-related application experience

Job Duties
• Perform manual functional, regression, and UAT testing of enterprise applications, with a focus on fraud-related functionality
• Create, execute, maintain, and document test cases and test results using qTest
• Use JIRA to create, track, prioritize, and manage application defects through identification, resolution, retesting, and closure
• Identify application defects and security vulnerabilities and support vulnerability remediation activities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios, test cases, and validation criteria
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with development and technical teams on resolution
• Use SQL for data validation and Postman for API testing, as needed
• Support release management, testing, and validation activities throughout the SDLC
• Collaborate with business, development, QA, and application support teams to ensure quality and successful releases
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Recommend process and application improvements based on testing results and business needs
• Maintain accurate testing, process, requirements, and system documentation
