Job Description
· Required Level of Education: College degree or equivalent work experience (4 years min) in related area
· Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Epic Modules (Tapestry, Resolute, Cadence, MyChart), Microsoft Office including Outlook/Teams
· Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: JIRA, Concerto, ServiceNow
· Any Required Certifications?: No
· Top Three things Worker will be doing:
2 UAT testers, testing 4 channels of cost estimation
1. Client Staff using Hyperspace for the cost calculator,
2. Client Staff using Client financial estimates for scheduled services and ad hoc estimates
3. Member Cost Calculator online via MyChart through Client, and
4. the clinician workflow during ordering. Testers are required to provide full test evidence via documentation, report defects, attend defect resolution calls, provide status updates, ensure test results meet business requirements, etc. UAT testers will also test the Drug Pricing Tool
Under Transparency in Coverage federal regulation, health plan must offer cost estimates for all services and items including prescription drug estimates.

Position responsibilities:
· The funding will cover 1 business process analyst that will investigate the current offerings by Renown/Hometown Health, compare against national drug pricing requirements and solutions, work with IT to design and implement the migration of the drug pricing tool to the Client platform, will be responsible for requirements and testing for the solution and design work for the prescription cost estimates.
· Deep dive sessions for design and development of requirements.
· Complete BRD & obtain approvals.
· Top Three Skillsets needed: Analytical, Technical, Problem-Solving - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
