Job Description
Description:

Interprets business requirements and develops business and/or functional specifications that the design/programming/testing staff will utilize to implement the project. Responsibilities include: | generate detailed requirement specification | implement authorized and approved standards, guidelines, and procedures | document all requirements in required formats (e.g., system specifications, data models, and network design schematics) | provide feasibility studies (cost alternative options for client to assess) | carry out impact analysis including dependencies on other projects and parts of the business | develop functional and detailed technical specifications that support the approved functional, operational, and service level requirements | design functional data models

At Client, you will be part of a purpose-driven community building scalable, high-impact solutions for our global seller organization.

Within the b2c seller solutions team, you will own a defined product domain within our salesforce-based seller CRM. This Role is accountable for shaping direction, driving prioritization with stakeholders, and delivering measurable business impact. We are looking for a product owner who can bring clarity and structure to complex problems and translate strategy into scalable product solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and global teams to define what should be built — and why — ensuring our CRM enables seller-facing teams to operate efficiently and drive seller growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve a product domain within salesforce CRM, setting clear direction aligned to business priorities

• Lead roadmap prioritization discussions with stakeholders, making trade-offs based on impact, scalability, and long-term value

• Translate strategic priorities into a structured, outcome-driven backlog

• Write high-quality user stories and define functional requirements to support scalable solution design

• Partner closely with developers, QA, and architects through discovery, design, build, release, and lifecycle management

• Challenge assumptions and proactively shape solutions rather than only capturing requirements

• Drive alignment across global, cross-functional stakeholders

• Ensure product health, adoption, and continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager in enterprise environments, ideally within ecommerce or marketplace organizations

• Proven experience delivering implemented salesforce solutions end-to-end

• Demonstrated ownership of roadmap prioritization and stakeholder alignment — not limited to requirements documentation

• Strong experience writing user stories and managing agile delivery

• Ability to influence stakeholders and make impact-based trade-off decisions

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable product capabilities

• Excellent communication skills and experience working across global, cross-functional teams
  • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**

  • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
