Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, operations, recruiting coordination, procurement support, or a related administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups at once
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working across systems, trackers, and spreadsheets to maintain accurate records and status updates
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• Experience supporting contractor onboarding, vendor coordination, or workforce administration is a plus
Overview
Client Services is seeking an Associate Analyst to support the Q4 Top Up Capacity Hiring program. This role will focus on coordinating the onboarding of third-party contractors for short-term assignments that help address seasonal business demand across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple onboarding activities in a fast-paced environment. This position will partner with hiring teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to help deliver a smooth, timely, and consistent onboarding experience for contractors joining the program.
Job Duties
• Coordinate onboarding activities for short-term contractors within the Q4 Top Up Capacity Hiring program
• Partner with hiring teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to collect required information and support timely onboarding
• Track contractor submissions, onboarding milestones, and start-date readiness across designated hiring windows
• Support the completion of intake documentation and system setup activities needed for contractor onboarding
• Monitor onboarding progress, follow up on open items, and help resolve routine process issues
• Maintain accurate records and program trackers to support visibility into onboarding status and contractor readiness
• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to help ensure a consistent contractor onboarding experience
