Job Description
Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
• Business Systems Analyst experience — 7 years
• Test Lead and test planning experience — 5 years
• Data mapping experience for new system implementations and interfaces — 5 years
• Ability to work in both Waterfall and Agile environments
• Ability to identify overlaps and key connections while gathering requirements
• Ability to evaluate application requirements gathering and implementation strategy holistically to identify overlaps, risks, and constraints
• Previous experience implementing and gathering requirements for Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and ITSM tools
Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
• Experience with Onspring and Neurons — Highly Desired
Job Duties:
Requirements Gathering — 30%
• Gather and analyze business and system requirements
• Identify overlaps and key connections during requirements gathering
• Evaluate application requirements and implementation strategies holistically
• Identify potential overlaps, risks, dependencies, and constraints
• Support requirements gathering for Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and ITSM tools
Data Mapping and Data Analysis — 30%
• Perform data mapping for new system implementations
• Perform data mapping for system interfaces
• Analyze data requirements supporting implementation activities
Testing Lead / Tester — 30%
• Lead testing activities
• Develop and support test planning
• Perform testing activities associated with system implementations
Meetings — 10%
• Participate in project meetings supporting requirements, data analysis, testing, and implementation activities - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
