Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• 10+ years’ experience with a proven ability to lead initiatives and influence senior stakeholders within Capital Markets

• Strong project management experience in complex, regulated environments (Tier 1 banks or top consulting firms)

• Experience in Quality Assurance and Test Management within Capital Markets, including test strategy design

• Experience navigating large, complex organizations and stakeholder groups and proven ability to work with Front Office, Trading, Sales, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Control functions

• Strong knowledge of Markets products and environments with focus on fixed income products (repos, bonds), trade lifecycle, and system migrations

• Experience with booking model change and transformation

• Advanced Excel skills for large data sets, analysis, and reporting

• Client outreach, repapering, and onboarding experience

• Must have hands-on experience in UST and repo clearing

• Must have both Business Analyst (BA) and Project Manager (PM) experience; this is a true 50/50 BA/PM role, with workload varying by week

• Must have strong Capital Markets experience; Tier 1 bank or top consulting firm background required

• Any Capital Markets product experience is acceptable (not limited to fixed income/repos)

• Must have a strong understanding of UAT testing, test planning, test strategy, and test coordination

• Candidate will not perform hands-on testing but must be able to manage and coordinate stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills required



Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• Understanding of clearing houses, clearing models, and front-to-back CCP clearing processes

• Previous experience working on legal entity change programmes

• Booking model changes and operating model transformation experience

• Multi-year programme experience within Front Office Transformation teams

• Experience working on SEC Mandatory US Treasury Cash and Repo Clearing initiatives

• Experience in Test Management and Client Outreach/Onboarding responsibilities

• Experience ensuring robust and reliable functionality of new and enhanced clearing systems, processes, and applications

• Understanding of the US Treasury market and central repo clearing mechanisms with demonstrated test management experience

• Experience in onboarding external clients and coordinating with Sales, Trading, Legal, Credit, and Client Relationship Managers for legal documentation, account setup, and onboarding readiness

• Experience leading testing, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and client transition activities within a regulated Capital Markets environment

• Experience operating in a combined BA/PM capacity supporting transformation initiatives and clearing readiness activities



Seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a Capital Markets background. Project Manager required to work on the SEC Mandatory US Treasury Cash and Repo Clearing Programme within the Front Office Transformation team. Seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a Capital Markets background. The role includes Test Management and Client Outreach/Onboarding responsibilities and supports robust delivery of new and enhanced clearing systems, processes, and applications. Requires understanding of the US Treasury market and central repo clearing mechanisms while supporting onboarding of external clients and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Trading, Legal, Credit, and Client Relationship Managers. Position supports testing leadership, stakeholder engagement, project execution, client transition activities, and transformation and clearing readiness initiatives in a regulated Capital Markets environment.



Job Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Front Office Traders, Sales, and Senior Business Managers

• Own project planning, RAID management, and execution tracking across all deliverables

• Partner with internal teams (Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance) to manage end-to-end change impacts

• Collaborate with Sales and Senior Management to define client migration strategies across business lines

• Lead client migrations for Repo and US Treasury Bond cash transactions

• Lead quality assurance efforts for the US Treasury Central Repo Clearing initiative

• Support client outreach and onboarding activities

• Complete legal documentation, account setup, and onboarding readiness activities

• Coordinate stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle
