• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements

• Strong skills in process mapping and requirements documentation
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical thinking skills

Position Overview
The Business Process Analyst serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and translate reporting requirements for the Advantage 4 system. This role supports the development of reporting solutions using Snowflake and Power BI, ensuring alignment between business needs, data structures, and final deliverables. The analyst also supports testing, validation, and ongoing improvement of reporting processes.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Requirements Management
• Serve as primary liaison between SMEs, business users, and developers
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather reporting requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align priorities with technical feasibility
Business Process & Data Analysis
• Analyze business processes to identify reporting needs and data dependencies
• Document current and future state workflows and data flows
• Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in reporting data
• Recommend process improvements
Documentation & Reporting Design
• Develop BRDs, functional specifications, data mappings, and report mockups
• Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and traceable
Technical Collaboration (Snowflake & Power BI)
• Partner with developers on data modeling, transformation, and report development
• Clarify requirements and support iterative design
• Validate solutions against business requirements
Testing & Quality Assurance
• Develop and support UAT plans and test cases
• Coordinate testing with stakeholders and resolve defects
• Ensure reporting accuracy, quality, and compliance
Governance & Standards
• Support reporting standards, naming conventions, and data governance practices
• Maintain alignment with enterprise reporting frameworks
• Ensure consistency across documentation and deliverables
