***Only qualified Enterprise Business Analyst – SDLC, Requirements & Agile candidates located at the Trenton, NJ area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***



Required Education:

• 4-year college degree.



Required Skills:

• Experience as a BA (7 Years)

• Experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology (5 Years)

• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and work flows, and propose areas for improvement (5 Years)

• Ability to gather data via diverse means (i.e. interviews, observation, surveys, existing written documentation) and interpret relevant information (5 Years)

• Ability to document storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules (5 Years)

• Experience with testing, training and user support (5 Years)

• 5 years of relevant experience; 5 plus years in particular application area (5 Years)



Summary: This position will require the BA to work in an agile environment with other teams and IT developers to lay out and design the portal structure for the Judiciary Enterprise Internal and External Portal systems, the Enterprise Single Sign On system, the internal AI application, and any other applications/features as needed.



Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules

• Write and manage user stories, business requirements, and functional requirements

• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle

• Create and maintain process flows

• Support manual and automated testing

• Help investigate and document production issues

• Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and improve processes

• Support AI-related efforts, including requirements, process analysis, testing, and documentation



***Work will be on-site 2 days per week, and, remote 3 days per week. No exceptions. Please provide qualified Local candidates only***
