Job Description
Desired Certifications:
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills:
• Must have experience managing or coordinating multi-stakeholder projects involving business, technical, and vendor teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery (7 Years)
• Must have a proven ability to produce high-quality business and technical documentation, including but not limited to process maps, requirements specifications, project plans, and risk registers (7 Years)
• Must have experience working within recognized project management or business analysis methodologies, such as BABOK, PMI, Agile, or Waterfall (7 Years)
• Must have excellent facilitation, analytical, and communication skills in English as required by the project environment (7 Years)
• Must be able to commence work within [2] weeks of contract award and dedicate the required level of effort for the full duration of the engagement- Yes
• Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst leading system replacement or modernization projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation support (7 Years)

• Proposed approach and work plan for this engagement, including tools and methodologies for analysis, coordination, documentation, and reporting. Responses should demonstrate clarity, structure, and alignment with project objectives and timelines (7+ years)
• Bilingual proficiency (French and English), including experience delivering services, producing documentation, facilitating discussions, and engaging stakeholders in both official languages. Explain how this bilingual capability has supported the successful delivery of similar projects, particularly in multi-stakeholder or public-sector environments. (French and English)

Our client is seeking the services of a Senior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to provide expert analysis, coordination, and guidance across multiple initiatives.

Specifically, the services sought include, but are not limited to:

Current State Assessment and Analysis
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to understand existing processes, system functionality, and operational pain points.
• Document workflows, data flows, system integrations, and dependencies to establish a clear understanding of the current environment.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to inform the requirements and solution design.

Requirements Gathering and Documentation
• Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure alignment from requirements through to implementation.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and maintain version-controlled documentation for approvals.

Solution Evaluation and Procurement Support
• Support the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP), including drafting requirements, evaluation criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate vendor communication, demonstrations, and evaluation activities.
• Assist in the vendor selection process, providing analysis, scoring, and recommendation reports for the Project Authority.

Project Coordination and Management
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resource assignments.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and reporting to stakeholders and governance committees.
• Track project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Ensure alignment across business, technical, and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Implementation, Migration, and Testing Support
• Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to configure the new system according to business requirements.
• Support data migration planning and validation to ensure a smooth transition.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, coordinating participation from stakeholders and end users.
• Identify and document issues, risks, and mitigation strategies during implementation.

Training and Change Management
• Develop user training materials, quick reference guides, and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions for end users and administrators.
• Support communication and change management strategies to facilitate adoption of the new system.

Post-Implementation Support
• Assist with go-live support, stabilization, and troubleshooting during the initial production phase.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and compile lessons learned to inform future projects.
• Provide recommendations for ongoing system optimization and improvement.

Other Senior Business Analyst or Project Coordination Activities
• At times during the project, the candidate may be assigned other Senior Business Analyst or project coordination tasks as time allows.
• These activities may include supporting additional initiatives, preparing documentation, conducting workshops, or other tasks relevant to departmental priorities.
