Required Skills

• Senior business analysis experience supporting operational resilience initiatives

• Experience identifying and documenting critical business services and end to end dependencies across people, process, technology, facilities, and third parties

• Ability to assess and articulate business impact resulting from service disruption

• Experience documenting resilience strategies, response actions, and workarounds for severe but plausible disruption scenarios

• Data driven and decision focused, with the ability to produce clear, leadership ready outputs

• Familiarity with operational resilience platforms such as Fusion Risk Management (FusionRM) to support analysis, reporting, and decision making

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent work experience



Desired Skills

• Experience using PowerBI for reporting and visualization

• Experience supporting operational risk or business continuity programs

• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and discovery sessions

• Experience analyzing enterprise operational dependencies across multiple teams



Job Duties

• Analyze existing operational resilience documentation and lead focused discovery sessions with business partners to validate critical business services, supporting applications, vendors, sites, and teams.

• Analyze and document critical business impacts associated with the disruption or loss of critical services and underlying dependencies, using a structured resilience perspective.

• Analyze and enhance business operational resilience strategy documentation for critical assets, ensuring available alternative procedures and workarounds are captured, aligned to severe but plausible disruption scenarios.

• Produce decision ready, data informed deliverables—such as prioritized dependency inventories, disruption impact summaries, and mitigation/workaround views—using platforms such as Fusion Risk Management (FusionRM) and PowerBI reporting to support leadership decision making and operational response.



Typical Day

• Review and analyze existing operational resilience documentation

• Facilitate discovery sessions with business partners to understand critical services and dependencies

• Document impacts of service disruptions across people, process, technology, and vendors

• Update resilience strategies and identify alternative procedures or workarounds

• Build decision-ready reports and dashboards using FusionRM and PowerBI

• Present insights and findings to leadership to support operational response planning



Job Description

Senior Business Analyst – Operational Resilience - This role leads structured analysis and partner discovery to identify critical business services, end to end dependencies, and the business impact of severe but plausible disruptions. The analyst produces decision ready resilience insights—prioritized dependencies, impact views, and mitigation/workaround strategies—leveraging platforms like FusionRM and PowerBI to support leadership action and operational response.
