Job Description
Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or information system



Preferred Education:

• Master's degree in business administration



Required Skills:

• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

• Experience supporting projects throughout the full SDLC.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Commercial Banking experience.

• Real Estate Banking and/or Underwriting experience.

• Strong Agile experience.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Experience creating BRDs, user stories, process flows, and requirements documentation.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Office tools.



Preferred Skills:

• AWS Application Integration.

• ServiceNow Change Management.

• Enterprise SaaS environments.



Senior Business Analyst:

• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technology solutions.

• Advocate for business clients throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.

• Conduct complex business analysis to identify business challenges, evaluate current processes, and recommend effective solutions.

• Develop business cases that clearly define the business need, proposed solution, implementation approach, and expected benefits.

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements to support solution development.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to refine solution designs and ensure alignment with business requirements.

• Monitor project progress to ensure solutions meet documented requirements and business objectives.

• Resolve issues and conflicts related to technical deviations from approved business requirements.

• Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and testing teams to validate requirements, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure issues are resolved prior to production deployment.

• Evaluate user adoption and solution effectiveness during implementation and recommend enhancements as needed.

• Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and business analysis methodologies.

• Support multiple business and technical initiatives simultaneously.

• Mentor, train, and provide guidance to junior Business Analysts when appropriate.
