Job Description
***Only qualified IT Enterprise Business Analyst candidates located near the Atlanta GA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology or a related field
Preferred Certification:
• Preferred certifications such as Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist (AS) Level 1 or 2 a plus
Required Skills:
• Proficient in system testing best practices and methodologies (3 Years)
• Strong aptitude for understanding software requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage (3 Years)
• Hands on experience with developing and executing test automation (3 Years)
• Proficient in developing documenting and organizing test cases and with reporting test execution results (3 Years)
• Proficient in analytical problem solving and critical thinking (3 Years)
Preferred Skills:
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (3 Years)
Job Responsibilities:
• Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute test plans using Tosca for motor vehicle regulation systems creating model-based testcases and data-driven scenarios to validate business requirements efficiently
and adapt to changes
• Collaboration & Defect Management: Collaborate with developer's business analysts and stakeholders from a testing perspective; produce detailed defect reports (steps to reproduce severity impact
screenshots/logs) and verify fixes using Tosca for retesting
• Testing Scope: Perform regression and service pack acceptance testing to ensure system reliability
• Compliance & Security: Uphold Georgia IT security and privacy standards particularly for sensitive data
• Support Duties: Manage test data maintain comprehensive documentation and train junior team members on Tosca best practices
