Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounting support, financial operations, or payment processing

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Experience working with databases, workflow systems, or financial processing systems preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills



Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in finance, accounting, banking, insurance, or investment environments

• Experience with reconciliations, disbursements, or accounting analysis

• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills



Overview

You will play an important role in ensuring accurate financial processing, maintaining client records, and supporting operational efficiency across multiple systems and workflows.



Key Responsibilities

• Process billing transactions, payment applications, and disbursements accurately and efficiently

• Research checks, payment discrepancies, and account variances

• Prepare and analyze accounting reports, billing statements, and reconciliations

• Maintain accurate client and financial records within processing systems

• Support trend analysis and reporting activities for key accounts

• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Assist with process improvements, documentation, and compliance procedures

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and accounting standards
