Job Description

Must have Skills:
• 0–3 years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
• Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Qualifications/Experience:
• Prior experience with order processing is preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Windows applications; advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including prior phone-based customer interaction.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and supportive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer orders and product allocations from entry through fulfillment.
• Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Maintain and update order information within internal systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct data analysis and create reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Process orders using SAP (preferred but not required).
• Identify and escalate customer issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Foster a positive team environment while supporting excellent customer experience.
• Proactively engage with customers to educate them on processes and available service offerings.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.
