Job Description
Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED



Requirements:

• Typing, Filing, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel (building tables & lists), Microsoft Word (creating labels & tags), Microsoft Outlook.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency with respect to data entry.



Desired/Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Access, Customer Service.

• Familiarity with automotive repair documentation (repair orders, warranty claims, technical bulletins) is a plus.



Overview (Data Analyst / Technical Business Analyst):

The Campaign Data Entry Clerk will help maintain AHM¿s vehicle and customer data related to our proactive market actions (recalls, product updates and warranty extensions) by entering new and updated information received from a variety of sources. The job involves manual entry of both types and handwritten information received from dealers, customers, and other departments, and requires careful attention to detail.



The Campaign Data Entry Clerk will provide support to the Campaign Administration department by managing the repetitive and time-consuming tasks of processing information received through various internal and external sources. When questions arise about the information provided, the Data Entry Clerk will investigate with the appropriate parties to determine whether the information is valid or not, and act accordingly.



Responsibilities:

• Customer Service requests

• Campaign Status Change Forms faxed or emailed by dealers

• Filing repair orders and other campaign related documentation

• Faxed by dealers

• Received by/from internal departments

• Enter invoices into tracking sheet

• Sort and sent return mail and customer information change cards to appropriate vendor(s)

• Follow up with dealers that have provided deficient information

• Perform general office duties and complete ad hoc research tasks as assigned.
