Job Description

Quality Technician Required Experience and Skills:
• Knowledge of Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA)
• Medical Device Industry experience
• Root Cause Analysis experience
• Attention to detail and strong visual error detection skills
• Effective time management, communication, and multitasking required
• Able to work independently, as well as with others in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft office applications
• Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos

Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Summary:
• The Quality Technician will be responsible for conducting visual inspections and testing to ensure tooling and equipment meets specifications.
• Proceeds with qualified, routine and non-routine quality tasks.
• Applies specialized quality systems, equipment, tools and methods.
• Initiates actions according to guidelines, when quality does not match the standards.
• Responds to quality related enquiries, may act as first point of contact in subject matters.
