Job Requirements:

• No prior assembly or manufacturing experience required; training is provided.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.

• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal work instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to assemble, fit, align, and adjust components according to specifications.

• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to make simple decisions using established procedures.

• Ability to read basic assembly drawings, diagrams, or work instructions.

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday.

• Ability to lift and move materials as required (up to the job-specific weight limit).

• Basic communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work safely while following all company safety and quality standards.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Willingness to learn new assembly processes and support production goals.



Job Summary:

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and other assembly equipment.

• Fit, align, adjust, and calibrate components to meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and product performance requirements.

• Inspect completed assemblies and perform repairs or rework on products that do not meet quality or operational standards.

• Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality production.

• Perform routine assembly tasks with accuracy while maintaining productivity in a manufacturing environment.

• Use basic mechanical skills and sound judgment to complete assigned tasks within established procedures.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and quality goals.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Receive on-the-job training to develop the technical knowledge and skills needed to successfully perform assembly operations.
