Overview (Microscope Assembly Technician)

This role involves assembling, repairing, and testing pacemakers, ICDs, and related medical devices in a clean room environment. The position requires extensive microscope use, handling of small components, and strict adherence to quality standards. Candidates must have prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on a 4/10 shift schedule (Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM).



Responsibilities

• Preform assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies

• Utilize a microscope extensively for precision work

• Handle and maneuver small, delicate components and parts with accuracy

• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards

• Maintain accurate records using MS Word and Excel

• Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, regulated environment
