Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent



Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment

• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift



Primary Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components, fabricated parts, and electrical/electronic systems into subassemblies or completed units

• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, jigs, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks

• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms according to specifications and quality standards

• Inspect products and assemblies to ensure they meet operational and quality requirements

• Repair or rework products that do not meet established standards

• Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Support team productivity and quality goals
