Job Description
Required Education:

• High School Diploma



Required Experience/Skills:

• Experience assembling mechanical, electro-mechanical, or electronic components in a manufacturing/production environment

• Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other assembly equipment

• Knowledge of troubleshooting, repairing, or reworking failed units/products to meet specifications



Assembler Job Duties:

• Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts, components, and/or electrical/electronic systems into subassemblies, assemblies, or complete units

• Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other production equipment to complete assembly tasks

• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet required tolerances and product specifications

• Perform routine testing and inspection of assembled products to ensure quality and functionality standards are met

• Troubleshoot, repair, and rework units or products that fail to meet operational or quality requirements

• Follow detailed work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and safety guidelines during assembly operations

• Maintain accuracy and consistency while completing repetitive manual assembly tasks

• Support production goals by meeting daily output targets and maintaining a clean, organized work area
