Job Description
Education:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience:
• 2+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Utilizing GMP Practices

Responsibilities
• Oversees and coordinates the work of employees in a specific production area
• Promotes a positive team environment focused on success of the production team goals.
• Trains new employees and current employees being cross trained within a specific production area.
• Enhances productivity by finding inefficiency and recommending solutions
• Works as a team player seeking the advice of and lending advice to other team players
• Works closely with the Production manager and Supervisor to ensure all production objectives are met or exceeded
• Improves production process as part of a team (safety, scrap, productivity and downtime).
• Provides objective input for performance evaluations of the team members in a specific area
• Directly supervises employees in the Production Department (work cells/teams).
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities could include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; providing input on appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. - **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
